Iqbal Eydatoula
I embarked on my real estate journey in 2010 as an agent, a role I dedicated myself to until December 2022. Since January 2023, I have transitioned into a Sales and Marketing Consultant role, bringing over 12 years of hands-on experience in retail outlets, commercial properties, and office spaces. During this time, I honed my expertise in expansion strategies and forged strong, lasting relationships with key promoters and stakeholders in the industry. My priority has always been to guide clients toward sound property investments, tailored to their individual needs—whether for personal use or as lucrative opportunities.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with leading brands and businesses in Mauritius, leasing spaces to names such as Domino Pizza, Pizza Inn, Urban Home, Panarottis, Patel Optics, Body and Soul, Artisan Coffee, and Intermart Express, among others. I worked on projects like the Victoria Urban Terminal and 246 ECC as a leasing agent under contract. Additionally, I facilitated the sale of office spaces in Vivea Business Park and Moka Smart City.
